By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our policies listed below. Please be aware that I reserve the right to apply these policies to ensure the best experience for all clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  • Deposits

    Kindly note that deposits are nonrefundable. However, the deposited amount will be applied towards your total service cost, reducing the remaining balance due at the time of your appointment.

  • Payment Methods

    All payments are preferred in cash. Please note that any alternative forms of payment will result in an additional transaction fee.

  • Late Fee

    Your punctuality is important to us. Please be on time for your appointment. A $15 fee will be applied if you are 10 minutes late, and after 15 minutes, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. All no call, no shows will be blocked from future bookings and charged the remaining full balance.

  • Appointment Confirmation

    You will receive a confirmation text and email 24 hours before your appointment. Please make sure to respond, as your confirmation is required to secure your booking. If a response is not received within 24 hours of the appointment time, the appointment will need to be canceled or rescheduled for a later date. These policies are in place to ensure I can provide each client with the quality service they deserve. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  • Rescheduling

    We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate one rescheduling request. However, please be advised that if you need to reschedule more than once, the initial deposit will be forfeited. To secure another appointment, a new deposit will be required.

  • Cancellation

    Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the cancellation fee. Cancellations made within the 24-hour grace period will incur a charge of 50% of your balance.

  • 'Early Bird' & 'Night Owl' Appointments

    For appointments scheduled before our standard opening hours, there is a $50 early bird booking fee. Likewise, appointments booked after our standard closing hours will incur a $30 night owl booking fee. These appointments are availabe for booking through text message.

  • Holiday Appointments

    Appointments scheduled on holidays will include a $50 fee. Kindly take note of this when making your appointment.

  • Eye Lash Extension: Fill Ins

    Please be aware that fills require 50% of the remaining lashes. If the fill exceeds the allotted time, you will be charged for a full set.

  • Lash preparation

    Please arrive at your appointment with a freshly washed face, free of makeup. For optimal results, I do not perform fill-ins over other artists' work.

  • Body Waxing preparation

    Prep for your wax by exfoliating 48 hours prior. Please refrain from receiving a wax while under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.

    After your wax, avoid sweat-inducing activities, including but not limited to working out and intercourse, for at least 24 hours. This helps ensure the best results and minimizes potential discomfort. Thank you for following these guidelines for a successful waxing experience!

  • Additional Guests

    While additional guests are understood, we kindly request that the number of attendees be kept minimal to ensure a comfortable and spacious environment.

  • Questions & Concerns

    If you have any issues, please voice your concerns to me. I am committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and I will do my best to accommodate you free of charge if the request is made within 72 hours of your original service. Your feedback is valuable, and I appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns promptly.
