By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our policies listed below. Please be aware that I reserve the right to apply these policies to ensure the best experience for all clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  • Appointment Confirmation

    You will receive a confirmation text and email 24 hours before your appointment. Please make sure to respond, as your confirmation is required to secure your booking. If a response is not received within 24 hours of the appointment time, the appointment will need to be canceled or rescheduled for a later date. These policies are in place to ensure I can provide each client with the quality service they deserve. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  • Rescheduling

    We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate one rescheduling request. However, please be advised that if you need to reschedule more than once, the initial deposit will be forfeited. To secure another appointment, a new deposit will be required.

  • Cancellation

    Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the cancellation fee. Cancellations made within the 24-hour grace period will incur a charge of 50% of your balance.

  • Deposits

    Kindly note that deposits are nonrefundable. However, the deposited amount will be applied towards your total service cost, reducing the remaining balance due at the time of your appointment.

  • Late Fee

    Your punctuality is important to us. Please be on time for your appointment. A $15 fee will be applied if you are 10 minutes late, and after 15 minutes, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. All no call, no shows will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. Prior to being able to book again, the remainder from your missed service must be paid in full.

  • Payment Methods

    All payments are preferred in cash. Please note that any alternative forms of payment will result in an additional transaction fee.

  • 'Early Bird' & 'Night Owl' Appointments

    For appointments scheduled before our standard opening hours, there is a $50 early bird booking fee. Likewise, appointments booked after our standard closing hours will incur a $50 night owl booking fee. These appointments are availabe for booking through text message.

  • Questions & Concerns

    If you have any issues, please voice your concerns to me. I am committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and I will do my best to accommodate you. If the service complaint is voiced within 72 hours of your original service, a complimentary touchup will be provided at the earliest convenience.. Your feedback is valuable, and I appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns promptly.

  • Additional Guests

    To ensure a comfortable and spacious environment, 1 guest is permitted and must be announced prior to your appointment. If you arrive with guest without providing notice, they will be asked to exit the work premises. Kids are an exception to this rule, if discussed.
